Jennifer Bonsanto

The sad news has been posted to the 'PONL' Facebook group that Jennifer Bonsanto passed away. The post was from Lorraine Davis, her friend and former colleague in the East Rutherford office.

Jennifer attended Wayne Hills High School. In 1986 she took on the role of Customer Service Representative and her career in shipping soon took off with management roles and a move in the East Rutherford office into the development and implementation of business systems, including the P&O Containers/P&O Nedlloyd Documentation & Revenue System (DRS).

Jennifer's last role in P&O Nedlloyd was Senior Manager, Business Systems and Process Support, responsible for four teams covering User Support, QA, Process Support, and Transmittals & Vessel Closure. Following the Maersk Line takeover in early 2006, Jennifer took on the role of CRM Applications Portfolio Manager for the Danish container shipping company.

In 2010 Jennifer gained a BA degree in Business & Technology at Fairleigh Dickson University, and the following year she joined Toll Global Forwarding (TGF) as a project manager. After two years with the company, she took on the role of Regional BPO Manager for TGF Americas.

Jennifer passed away on 28 November. Our deepest condolences go to her husband Michael, her family and her friends.
