My name is Julia Louppova and I am a former PONL Russia team member,
I joined P&O Nedlloyd Moscow in November 1998 as an Administrative Assistant. I was soon promoted to Import Customer Service and until the merger in 2005 I'd been in various customer related positions including Head of Customer Service in the newly opened PONL St. Petersburg office.
As I was also in the Full Focus 4 team in 2004, accountable for the system roll out in the CIS and Baltics, after the takeover I became part of P&O Nedlloyd Sunsetting Project, responsible for closing down PONL systems in the Eastern Europe.
In 2006 I moved to Maersk Line, Moscow but soon left for FESCO (Russian transportation group) where a new page in my maritime career began, in container terminals operations.
Today I develop my own blog on ports and shipping news and analysis: http://port.today/.
P&O Nedlloyd has become my life and business school, having supplied me with important guidelines on client relationship, team building and shipping. Our training courses in Hemingford Grey, Hamburg and Rotterdam are unforgettable.
Kind regards,
Julia
