Dear SCARA Member,
It is with great sadness that we have to advise that Sue Cessford passed away on 5 July 2020.
Sue attended nearly all of the SCARA reunions and would have been well known to many of you. We would like to offer our sincere condolences to her family.
We received the following message from Julie Curran and Sue Evans:
It is with a very heavy heart that we advise you that our dear friend, ex colleague and SCARA member Sue Cessford has passed away after a relatively short but intense illness.
Sue was well known and respected in the industry having worked for many years at P&O Head office, then latterly at NYK and most recently at MSC.
Sue had only recently re-married and leaves behind her husband Colin, her siblings and a close group of bereft friends.
The funeral will be at 12.45pm on Tuesday 21st July at:
Seven Hills Crematorium
Felixstowe Road
Nacton
Ipswich
IP10 0FG
Limited numbers allowed (due corona virus).
There will be an on-line book of condolence – and will share details once we have them.
