On the PONL Facebook site one of Chris' former colleagues, Neil Pritchard, has posted the following:

Very sad to advise all that Chris Reville -Sales Manager Exports in Liverpool has passed away. His funeral will be this week in Liverpool.

Chris was my Boss when I came back from South Africa and was not only a top Boss, but a great guy.

Chris I have never forgotten the advice you always shared.......'remember....its only a game...'

RIP old friend, and may your Barb and the boys help each other get through this difficult time.

Vicky Revill-Whelan has asked for the following message to be circulated.

"Chris died peacefully in hospital on the 6th of May after a long illness, his strength and humour were amazing and will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.

The funeral service will be held at St Peter's Church, Woolton, Liverpool on the 15th May at 14:15, followed by a gathering at 15:30, Woolton Golf Club. Family flowers only please, donations may be made to The Marie Curie Foundation (cheques only ) c/o Thomas Porter and Sons Ltd, 66 Allerton Rd, Woolton Village, L25 7RG. Tel: 0151 428 9040. (All places are Googleable).

If there are any messages I would be happy to pass them on to the family."
