Brian Small

SCARA have received the sad news of the death of fellow SCARA member Brian Small.  Our deepest condolences go to Brian’s wife Rosemary, and sons Richard and Michael.

Many SCARA members may recall Brian when he worked in the Far East Trade Division of OCL and P&OCL .  Brian's son Richard tells us that Brian joined Glen Line in the late fifties and worked as a statistician for the companies in its various changes until his retirement in December 1999.  Richard recalls that ‘Dad always seemed happy at work even though the commute was sometimes long.  I can remember mum taking us to London to visit his office a few times and l was amazed by the large Koi Carp in the lobby’.

If anyone wishes to attend the funeral it is on 28th April at 11am at St Clements Church, Ashampstead, Berks. RG8 8SH
