Bill McConnell and Captain Iain Johnston

Dear SCARA Member,   

More sad news passed on by members of SCARA.   

Very sadly we have been notified of the death of A.W.McConnell (Bill) on the 22nd September.  Bill was Fleet Technical Manager for P&OCL and retired in 1998.  

We have also had a late notification that Capt. Iain Johnston passed away early December 2017. Iain was Master on the Tokyo Bay and previously on Blue Funnel and OCL ships.  He retired to join family on the Gold Coast of Australia.
