This year will see the 14th annual gathering of former company sea staff and their partners, and 2024 sees a return to Liverpool as the venue. In the main those attending are members of the 'OCL Bay Boats' Facebook group, but anyone else who sailed on the container ships with OCL, P&O Containers and P&O Nedlloyd is also welcome to attend!
The event takes place over two days, Friday 5th and Saturday 6th July. The schedule is subject to change, but at the time of writing reads as follows:
FRIDAY 5 JULY
Afternoon: Meet up at the Crown Hotel (43 Lime Street, Liverpool, L1 1JQ) next to Liverpool Lime Street station.
Evening: Walk around the top of the town.
SATURDAY 6 JULY
Day: Meet around the Albert Dock area with a possible visit to the Peaky Blinders area.
Evening: Official reunion gathering at the Liverpool Pub ((14 James Street, Liverpool, L2 7PQ) at the bottom end of the town (meeting upstairs in the function room from 7pm onwards).
